SWEATY BETTY, WINDSOR STORE

What an awesome group of ladies the Windsor Sweaty Betty team are! They have welcomed me into their Sweaty Betty fitness community where I’ve taught Saturday morning yoga classes, worked in partnership with them at our This Girl Can Festivals, and have kindly supported my journey by kitting me out with some lovely running kit. Check out a local Sweaty Betty store near you - always such a motivating and friendly group of ladies, who share a passion for fun fitness.

BRAY LAKE WATERSPORTS

www.braylake.com

My local home on water! I’ve swam here for over 5 years, spending many hours lapping the lake come rain, wind or sunshine! The Bray team is a great group of experienced and friendly instructors who have introduced me to the world of SUP [Stand Up Paddle Boarding] - thanks guys and gals! I’d highly recommend a visit where you can learn to windsurf, SUP, sail, swim and even balance on a SUP board on your head!! (I teach SUPYoga classes throughout the summer at Bray!).

AMBITION SPORT

Big shout out to Geoff and his team for kindly providing the Giving It Back attire for the adventure, along with offering discounted orders for those who would like a Giving It Back

t-shirt or hoodie. Check out their sports gear, well worth a little look.

DHRUTI SHAH

www.dhrutishah.weebly.com

This lady is amazing – an international award-winning BBC journalist, writer, storyteller, social media guru, and all round lovely lady! I met Dhruti on the Clore Emerging Leaders Course in March 2015, where we were both selected to attend a weeklong course to discover our inner leader. I was drawn to Dhruti’s bubbly personality, funny stories and seriously intelligent brain, and found her an instant inspiration. I’d like to say a big thanks to Dhruti for offering professional advice about how I go about getting the Giving It Back word out there, and for always being there at the end of a Facebook message!

AMELIA BERKELEY

The lovely Amelia used her talented graphic design skills to bring the GIB logo to life. She captured the essence of what GIB stands for perfectly, with a subtle yoga vibe to make it that extra special. Check out Amelia portfolio - it’s seriously impressive and she is lovely to work with.

LEAH FREDRICKSON

Leah is a creative friend of GIB, having grown up dancing with 4Motion and now working with them as an Associate Graphic Designer Artist. She has a unique flare for transforming words, movements and ideas into design dreams, and has worked her creative magic by building and designing this website - thanks Leah.

FAMILY & FRIENDS

Wow wee, what would we do without family and friends hey! In all my independent, this girl can, solo missions in life, it’s the people I’ve met and shared experiences with that have made these adventures memorable and awesome! A massive shout out to all my family and friends who have kept me motivated and entertained during planning chats, sent messages of support and motivation, and have been and continue to be a huge source of inspiration.
